Industrial pasta extruder dies, engineered for your production line.

Bronze and high-yield mixed-material dies for industrial extrusion lines, machined to exact tolerances and matched to your equipment, screw speed and recipe. Every die passes through dedicated quality checks before it reaches your line, so shape, thickness and surface texture stay consistent from the first batch to the millionth. From standard shapes to fully custom designs, every die is food-contact certified and made in Italy, ready to ship to pasta producers, private-label manufacturers and food service groups worldwide.

Materials

Bronze and high-yield dies, matched to your throughput.

Bronze dies remain the reference choice for artisanal, DOP and premium retail lines. They extrude pasta at a gentler pace and leave behind a rough, porous, matte surface that holds sauce and keeps its bite through cooking — the texture most closely associated with traditional, slow-dried Italian pasta.
Mixed-material dies take a different approach for high-volume production: wear-resistant inserts, often PTFE-lined, reduce friction as the dough passes through the die. The resulting pasta surface is smoother, extrusion speeds can run higher without tearing or overheating the dough, and the die itself lasts significantly longer under continuous industrial use. Many producers run both in parallel — bronze for premium retail lines, mixed-material for high-throughput, cost-sensitive production — and our technical team can help you decide which fits a given recipe, screw configuration and target output.

Custom shapes

From drawing to series production.

Need a shape that doesn't exist yet, or a die matched to a specific machine? Here's how we get you from concept to your production line.
01
Share your shape
Send a drawing, sample or reference pasta shape, along with your machine model and target output.
02
Feasibility & material
We assess extrusion feasibility and recommend bronze or mixed-material construction for your recipe.
03
Prototype & sample run
A prototype die is machined and tested so you can validate the shape before committing to volume.
04
Series production
Once approved, we produce and ship your dies for ongoing use on your industrial line.

FAQ

Common questions from pasta producers.

What's the difference between bronze and Teflon (PTFE) pasta dies?
Bronze dies leave a rough, porous surface that helps sauce cling to the pasta, and are the traditional choice for artisanal and premium lines. PTFE-lined mixed-material dies reduce friction during extrusion, giving a smoother pasta surface, faster line speeds and longer die life — better suited to high-volume, continuous industrial production.
Can you match a die to the extrusion line I already use?
Yes. Send us your machine model, screw configuration and, if possible, a sample of the shape you currently run, and our technical team will confirm compatibility and recommend the right material before production starts.
How long does a custom shape take to develop?
Timelines depend on the complexity of the shape and the material chosen. After you share a drawing or sample, we assess feasibility, machine a prototype for you to test, and only move to series production once you've approved the result — get in touch for a timeline specific to your project.
Is there a minimum order for industrial dies?
We work with volumes ranging from small trial batches to full production runs. Tell us your target output and recipe and we'll advise on what's realistic for your line.
Are your dies certified for food contact?
Every die we produce is MOCA certified and independently verified by an Accredia-accredited body under Reg. (CE) n. 1935/2004, covering both our bronze and mixed-material dies.
Do you ship dies outside Italy?
Yes — we ship worldwide to restaurants, pasta labs, chefs, distributors and industrial producers, and can advise on lead times for your country as part of your quote.
