The order was processed and shipped quickly and I received my order in less than a week. The accessories are quite sturdy and fit my machine well. The inserts I ordered make thinner, more delicate pasta than the discs that came with the machine, so the extrusion is a little trickier, but with a little tweaking of my dough recipe, the pasta comes out great. I did have a problem with one of the inserts not fitting well into the adapter, but emailing with customer service was easy with prompt, helpful replies. As for delivery - its ok, 7 days afteral is just fine.
