📝 Ingredients
- 300 g of remilled durum wheat semolina (any brand)
- 125 ml of water, including 5 ml of extra virgin olive oil 🫒
👩🍳 Preparation
- 🔧 Attach the Busiate die and insert the Allen key in the center.
- 🥣 Add the semolina to the pasta maker and start the kneading program.
Slowly pour in the liquids. - 🔁 Repeat the kneading cycle 3 times:
- At the first extrusion beep, turn off the machine
- Turn it back on
- Hold the start button to restart kneading

While the pasta extrudes, rotate the Allen key to form the spiral shape.
✂️ Cut with scissors to your desired length
