Cleaning the die
We recommend cleaning the die immediately after use, rinsing it under running water and carefully removing any remaining dough. Standard bronze dies must not be washed in the dishwasher and should be dried thoroughly after cleaning. PVD bronze versions, on the other hand, can also be washed in the dishwasher. To make cleaning easier, you can use our cleaning tools.
