Pasta dies are not made of pure bronze, but of an alloy composed mainly of copper, of zinc and other chemical compounds. This particular alloy allows a very good processing. It has excellent hot deformability performance and complies with the legislation for materials in contact with water, intended for human consumption. It is a long-term tradition that artisans and families use dies in copper-based metal alloys (so-called bronzes). The wording does not mean that bronze is the only material that makes up the die. The consumers associate 'bronze dies' with a traditional process capable of providing a rough pasta, which absorbs and retains the seasonings.

Bronze Pasta Die – Ambulance

Make your pasta truly unique with the Ambulance die, a creative and original shape inspired by the iconic emergency vehicle. Perfect for those who love to stand out in the kitchen and add a touch of imagination to the table, it’s also ideal for involving kids in a fun and engaging way.

Made of brass (bronze) certified for food contact (MOCA), it ensures safety and professional quality. The typical rough surface of bronze allows the pasta to better hold sauces, enhancing the flavor of every dish.

Why choose bronze?

Bronze extrusion, a traditional artisanal technique used in dry pasta production, gives the final product a porous and rough texture that helps retain all kinds of sauces, from rich ragù to spiced condiments. Our bronze dies are universal. In addition to being highly durable, they are compatible with various pasta machine models and brands such as Philips Pasta Maker, Unold, Ariete, KitchenAid, Marcato Regina, and Simac PastaMatic. On our website, you will also find solutions for La Fattorina and Fimar, Häussler, and TR50. If your Kenwood Pasta Maker is replaced with a newer model, you can continue using your favorite bronze shapes. Moreover, if you decide to switch machine brands, there’s no need to worry about your die collection: by purchasing one of our adapters, you can still use the dies you already own.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 10/10 – Impeccable quality, incredibly fast delivery and unparalleled packaging! I had an extremely positive experience with the order, so I wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone! 🇮🇹❤️ I ordered the products from Italy and, to be honest, I didn't expect them to arrive so quickly. I received the package in just 3-4 days, which I think is a fantastic achievement, especially for an order from abroad. The entire ordering process was smooth and problem-free. And the quality of the products is simply unparalleled! From the first moment you can see that this is not an average product, but truly premium quality. The use of materials, the workmanship, the details and the overall effect convinced me to the fullest. I got exactly what I expected - and maybe even more. And what is worth highlighting: the packaging! 😍 When I opened it, I was simply amazed. Every detail was so tasteful, elegant, sophisticated and magnificent that even unwrapping it was an experience. It's clear that they don't just package the products, but they really care about how the customer feels when their order arrives. I think this kind of sophistication is really rare these days. Overall, I'm completely satisfied in every way. Fast, reliable service, fantastic quality, beautiful presentation and a premium experience from start to finish. I highly recommend it to everyone! ❤️ For me, this is definitely a 10/10 experience, both in terms of the product and the service. This was definitely not my last order! 🇮🇹✨
