This mono knife kit adapts the PRO pasta cutter not sold by Pastidea on the TR50 pasta machines (Sela TR50, Avancini TR50, La Pastaia TR50) and LP5 pasta machines to be able to use standard bronze Pastidea dies.
It will only work with the new PRO Pasta Cutter, not with the old pasta cutter versions.
