Your parcel will be shipped within 24 hours from its payment. By using the Tracking Number contained in the shipment notification you’ll be able to track the position of your order. Tracking events usually appear in a couple of hours after receiving the Tracking Number. If it’s still not working, please have patience and just check it after a while.

Sure. If you wish, you can have your order delivered to your home, to your workplace or to someone else. What is important is that the courier can always find someone ready to collect the parcel at the given address. It’s not possible to schedule a delivery on appointment service.

Thanks to this e-card you give the possibility to someone else to receive his/her favourite dies. It lasts for 3 years from its purchase and it is available in different amounts. Please note that it is possible to split such amount in more orders, since it is not necessary to use your Pastidea Gift Card just in one purchase.

Yes, they will. If you own standard bronze dies and not the PVD bronze ones, over time they’ll be subjected to oxidation. However this harmless corrosion won’t affect the dies’ functionality. In order to slow down this process we invite you to perfectly dry your bronze items, by keeping them in their original silicon box and by avoiding the direct sunlight.

Physical Vapour Deposition, or PVD, is a coating method which provides to bronze a series of features, such as: golden colour effect, hypoallergenic capacity and dishwasher resistance.
Unlike PVD bronze, standard bronze dies can be washed exclusively by hand under water and it is necessary to dry them carefully to avoid the formation of halos.

The bronze screens may be used on various types of machines only if the right adapter exists.

On Kenwood machines: the PVD bronze and bronze screens have been developed originally for Kenwood, so their dimensions fit on these machines and no additional adapter is necessary to use them.

On KitchenAid / Marcato machines: on the KitchenAid or Marcato machines the bronze and PVD bronze screens can be used with this adapter. Please keep in mind that the pasta cutter won't work and that the extrusion will be slower than usual. We have developed some specific screens for these machines, they are available here.

On Fimar / Fattorina machines: on the Fimar or Fattorina machines the bronze screens can be used by purchasing these adapters. The adapters can be purchased in different colors. For the original Fimar / Fattorina screens, no adapter is needed instead.

On UNOLD machines: on the Unold machines, the PVD bronze and bronze screens can be used by purchasing the following adapters.

On Häussler machines: on the Häussler machines the PVD bronze and bronze screens can be used by purchasing the following adapter.

In order to clean the bronze screens or dies you have to wash them with water only (the use of chemical agents and putting them into the dishwasher could lead to oxidation). After that you may remove the residues on the inside of the screen (to make this step easier we created those cleaning tools), and finally you just dry it by hand. To clean the PVD dies, simply insert them into the dishwasher, remove the inner residues after washing them and let them dry.

Pasta dies are not made of pure bronze, but of an alloy composed mainly of copper, of zinc and other chemical compounds. This particular alloy allows a very good processing. It has excellent hot deformability performance and complies with the legislation for materials in contact with water, intended for human consumption. It is a long-term tradition that artisans and families use dies in copper-based metal alloys (so-called bronzes). The wording does not mean that bronze is the only material that makes up the die. The consumers associate 'bronze dies' with a traditional process capable of providing a rough pasta, which absorbs and retains the seasonings.
