Using this adapter you may use all our bronze dies with a diameter of 4.5cm on the KitchenAid-Gourmet Pasta Press 5KPEXTA, 5KSMPEXTA and Marcato Regina pasta machines.
We recommend using our POM dies for the KitchenAid pasta attachment. You can find them in this section: POM dies for KitchenAid machines.
However, if you want to extrude using our bronze dies, this is also possible. Using this adapter you may use all of our bronze dies with a diameter of 4.5cm on the KitchenAid-Gourmet Pasta Press 5KPEXTA, 5KSMPEXTA and Marcato Regina.
Please note: The pasta cutter from the KitchenAid pasta attachment cannot be used in combination with this adapter and bronze dies, we recommend using a dough scraper instead.
Also, the extrusion will be slower when using our bronze dies in combination with the adapter.
