The delivery of your package
Packages are usually shipped within 24 working hours from the date of payment; We use courier services like GLS, BRT, DPD, FEDEX or UPS with tracking service.
Whatever type of shipment you will choose, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.
Delivery times may be delayed in case of holidays; courier services don’t deliver on weekends.
For orders paid by bank transfer, shipping times will be calculated from the moment the transfer is received.
Your package will be sent at your own risk, but special attention is given to fragile items.
Each purchase is managed and processed by Pastidea S.R.L.
Return of your package:
Attention: Don’t ship articles independently to addresses that are not provided by Pastidea S.R.L.
The return of your package is managed by our customer service.
Following your request, which must be received within 14 days from the delivery date, you will be contacted and provided with the necessary documentation to return the purchased items.
Ask for a return here and wait until the return is confirmed by one of our operators.
After our confirmation, you will receive a document to be printed out and included inside the package.
How to send:
If you have requested a return (and your request is accepted), you can send us your package using a courier of your choice which must be traceable.
Please note: We ask to add a document inside the package, which you will receive from our customer service.
- Make sure to return the items in their original packaging
- Print the return sheet which will be sent to you by email
- Close the package accurately to avoid damage or loss of the products
- Apply the courier label on the outside of the package
The products will be fully refunded if you have never used them or if you have received them with serious damage or manufacturing defects. If the products are used or even partially used they cannot be returned and fully reimbursed.
You have the right as a consumer to return the purchased goods within 14 days from the delivery date, without necessarily having to provide any reason; please note that the consumer rights are exempted for products that have been damaged or clearly used and therefore can no longer be offered for sale (e.g. Pastidea dies and adapters which, once in contact with food, are clearly not returnable for hygienic reasons).
Please note: if the customer decides to return a product that doesn’t follow the rules that regulate the rights of return and he is aware of the fact that it has been used; the product will not be refunded and shipping costs may be charged to return the items. We therefore advise all customers to check the status of the products before proceeding with their return, in order to avoid unpleasant situations.
