PASTIDEA BRONZE SCREEN BUCATINI QUADRI: These variants of the classic Bucatini with a square section are typical of the city of Rome which combines them with strong and simple condiments (cacio e pepe, amatriciana or carbonara). It is a pasta made from durum wheat semolina. The cooking times are more or less the same as spaghetti because, even if they are larger, water passes through the central hole (during cooking) which allows them to cook fairly quickly.
